Visit Our Workshop
We welcome visitors by appointment to our Summer Hill workshop. During your visit, you can see our crafting process, discuss custom orders, and select materials in person. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.
Ordering Information
Standard Orders
Standard pieces from our collections typically require 5-7 business days for completion. Once ready, items are carefully packaged and shipped via Australia Post or courier service depending on your location and preferences.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Custom Orders
Custom orders begin with a consultation to discuss your requirements, material preferences, and timeline. After confirming details, we provide a quote and estimated completion time, typically 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.
A deposit may be required for custom orders, with the balance due upon completion before shipping.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout Australia using Australia Post and courier services. Shipping costs are calculated based on item size, weight, and destination. Standard shipping within metropolitan areas typically takes 3-5 business days.
International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for international shipping rates and estimated delivery times.
Payment Options
We accept bank transfers, credit card payments, and other secure payment methods. Payment terms will be discussed when you place your order. For custom orders, payment schedules can be arranged to suit your needs.
