You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
For custom-made or personalized items, the return period may differ. Please contact us before placing your order if you have questions about returns for custom items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Return Conditions
To process your return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
- The return must be initiated within the specified return period
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to:
- Our error: We will cover the return shipping costs
- Defective item: We will cover the return shipping costs
- Change of mind: You are responsible for the return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure we receive your item. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within the return period to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels
- Ship the item to the address we provide
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange
Please do not send returns without first contacting us and obtaining return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may experience processing delays.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or we have made an error:
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after the return period has expired
- Items that have been altered or modified

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this Return Policy.
To cancel an order:

- If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund
- If the order has already been shipped, you may return it following our return process
For custom-made items, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a custom order.
Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time to process.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be credited to the same card. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
This ensures you receive the correct item and allows us to process your request more efficiently.
